Living Space by Pam Sunderman

"When the client told me that they wanted a mid-century modern flair while incorporating all the beautiful pieces they had acquired while living in Asia and put it into a home that had some fairly traditional detail… I couldn’t wait to dive in! We started by reviewing the existing pieces they wanted to use, while simultaneously identifying attributes of the home that they wanted to change. From that exercise, we were able to build a color palette and a list of what needed to be renovated and products that needed to be sourced. Fresh paint and wallpaper were applied throughout the home, and new bathroom vanities, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and supplemental art and furnishings were brought in. The final phase was staging the home with all of the pieces that were brought together to create a cohesive flow that left the clients feeling like they were home." - Pam Sunderman
